Save Water -- Save Money -- Have Fun
Rain Barrels on Parade Kicked Off Earth Week at Gail Borden Public Library (See photos)
46 barrels are parading in the community doing double-duty this summer, as painted works of art around town and as eco-friendly containers saving rainwater throughout the community. For information on the location of the parading barrels, click "read more." Visit here soon for rain barrel voting fun! "Green" is very significant at the library as the "Join the Green Team" Summer Reading Program is in full swing and the library's first branch with many sustainable features opens later this summer.
