Passport Services

Passport Services

The Gail Borden Public Library District has joined with the U.S. Department of State to provide passport services. The Main Library is an official Passport Acceptance Facility, accepting DS-11 applications at the Information Desk.

Please make sure you allow enough time for the U.S. Department of State to process your passport application before you are scheduled to travel. If you would like to know how long it will take to receive your passport, you can review detailed information by visiting the U.S. Department of State's website.

Locations & Hours for Passport Services

Applications are accepted every day up to an hour before the library closes.  We take applications first come first served, and implement a wait list when there are a large number of people requesting passports. Please note, each application may take 20 minutes or more to process.
