Voter Registration
Residents of the State of Illinois may register to vote at the Main Library first floor Registration Desk, at the Rakow Branch, or the South Elgin Branch when the library is open.
Please have two forms of identification with you, one with your current address. Naturalized citizens should know the date and place of their naturalization.
For the 2024 General Election on Tuesday, November 5th, the last day to register at the Library will be Tuesday, October 8th. Voter Registration at the Library will resume on Thursday, November 7th.
