Looking for a Doctor?

US News and World Report provides listings and ratings for doctors.  You can search by name, location, or specialty.

Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation allows you to find out if a physician has ever been disciplined.

Medicare Physician and Other Healthcare Professional Directory lets you search for local healthcare providers who accept Medicare.

General Fitness and Health

Fitness.gov provides information about government programs, initiatives, and basic information about health and fitness. 

Webmd.com provides good general information on diets, exercise, eating healthy, metabolism, and much more.

US News and World Report rates diet plans and has information on health and wellness.

Centreofelgin.org has a variety of fitness and recreational programs as well as memberships that give you access to a work out facility and swimming pool.

Mayoclinic.org has a large variety of information about drugs, treatments, doctors, hospitals, and different diseases and conditions.
