Hold Pickup, Courtesy and Overdue Notices

Gail Borden Public Library District patrons have the option of receiving hold pickup, courtesy and overdue notices via email.

To activate this service - or to update the email address for your account - log in to your account and click on the Modify Personal Info button that is beneath the name and address block on the left side of the screen.

Be sure to verify that your email address is entered correctly.

Spam Filters May Block Email Library Notices

Spam filters are utilized by email providers and programs to eliminate “junk” email and they may block email library notices that are sent out by the Gail Borden Public Library District. If you have signed up to receive email library notices and are not receiving any, they may be blocked by your email provider and/or program.

To help ensure that the notices from the library aren’t blocked, add the Gail Borden Public Library to your list of email contacts for the email address:

pmaster@gailborden.info

This should "whitelist" the email address that sends the email notices from the library.

Or, you can see if there's another way to make sure that your spam filter is configured to accept messages from this email address.  If you are unsure how to do this, review the help screens for the filter or contact the company’s technical support.
