The Gail Borden Library has a special area for teens, or Young Adults, located on the second floor overlooking the front of the library. A corner of the Young Adult area features computers with access to the library’s online catalog and electronic resources helpful for research and homework such as databases.

The materials found in the Young Adult area are for teens in grades 7 through 10. A variety of magazines, graphic novels, fiction and non-fiction books for pleasure reading are available for check-out. Non-fiction books more suited to homework or research are located in the non-fiction collections in the Youth Center and Adult Services.

Visit the online Teen Event Calendar to see upcoming events at the library for Young Adults.
