 Patricia Kamradt

Patricia Kamradt

I was born in 1958 during the closed adoption period. With very little info about my own beginnings I sought out my biological parents as an adult. I had a strong desire to learn about my roots which had been denied me. I was fortunate to meet my biological father within a month of his death. It was a most joyous experience for us both and I felt compelled to write this book about our meeting. In reading memoirs of fellow adoptees it is amazing the similarities we all share. Yet each story is unique and lessons are learned. We are all survivors in our own right.
