Main Library Meadows Community Rooms
Friday, February 22 ♦ 4 – 5 pm
Come and join the merriment as we celebrate the 125th birthday of the naming of Gail Borden Public Library. It was on February 22, 1894, after the gift of the Scofield Mansion on Spring Street by the Church brothers (stepsons of milk entrepreneur Gail Borden) that the Elgin Township Library became forever known as the Gail Borden Public Library. Cake and games are on the menu.
