Teen Volunteers

Volunteers Teens entering grades 7-12 are invited to volunteer at the library. Teens provide a variety of services, including assisting with library events, revitalizing the library space, preparing crafts for programs, and more. If you have any questions about our volunteer program, please contact gbpl_volunteers@gailborden.info.

Please bring an ID, School IDs, Drivers License, or Library Card.

Instructions

  1. Complete the application. If you’ve already submitted an application, you can skip to Step 2.
  2. Register for a teen volunteer orientation session. If you’ve already attended an orientation session, you can skip to Step 3.
  3. Once you've completed the teen volunteer orientation, you can register for any open volunteer opportunities on the teen volunteer calendar.
  4. Please arrive on time for your scheduled volunteer session. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. You can cancel using the link in your registration confirmation email or by emailing gbpl_volunteers@gailborden.info.
