SCORE! is a unique arts-immersion program for youth in Elgin, IL. This program brings together various art forms to create innovative, multi-disciplinary artistic expressions – all created and produced by young people. Utilizing best practices and principles of positive youth development and arts education, the overall goal of Hamilton Wings’ SCORE! program is to facilitate success by engaging youth in intensive, structured, non-school-hour activities that develop communication, goal setting, team building, decision-making and problem-solving skills while concurrently involving these same youth in high quality arts discourse, production, and critique.
For over two decades, Hamilton Wings has provided free, high-quality arts programs to students and families in the Elgin area because we believe that all children should have access to the arts! We are on a mission to ensure that cost is not a barrier to children exploring possibilities and discovering the power of their voices!
