Gail Borden Public Library is located in a thriving, growing community with many extraordinary cultural institutions and friendly businesses. The Orbit Elgin program is designed to encourage people to visit other wonderful places in the community. Participants can win a Wii and receive discounts from many merchants (some restrictions apply). That art for the Orbit Elgin brochure is below. Pick up your real copy of the Orbit Elgin brochure in the library and at the Downtown Neighborhood Association in the Tower Building on Douglas Avenue in downtown Elgin.
