Sergei Prokofiev’s story and music have introduced children to the sound of an orchestra for more than 70 years. Each character in the story is represented by a musical instrument, from a cat played by a clarinet to a duck by an oboe to the wolf by French horns. Look for the two other concerts in the series, Around the World with Percussion January 24 and Mickey, Yoda, Robin Hood:  The Magic of Movie Music April 17.
