Tapestry of Freedom February 1, 2008 - May 30, 2008 A Tapestry of Freedom spotlights the faces, expressions and histories of freedom. Its goal is to promote harmony, respect and unity among diverse ethnic, socio-economic and generational groups. This four-month endeavor begins in February and will bring people together to celebrate black history, women’s history, cultural diversity and preservation.
