The Reference Section forms the backbone of the second floor, running the width of the building between the River Room and the Young Adult area.

The Information Desk

The Information Desk is your one-stop source for information about materials the library has, where to find items, tours of the building, and general reference questions. Stop by when you are in the library, or call the Information Desk at 847-429-4680.
 

The Second Floor

The Second Floor is where you will find General Reference, Adult Fiction and Non-Fiction, Studio 270 and the teen collection, the River Room, the Literacy Connection, Administration, Genealogy, periodicals, and study rooms. The eleven study rooms are located between the River Room and the Information Desk.
